Scope of Services
C-Check is an independent compliance advisory practice operated by María Virginia Lauber, based in Uruguay. C-Check provides advisory services in regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, AML/CFT, sanctions, digital assets, regulatory licensing, policy and procedure development, training, and independent compliance reviews. The specific scope of each engagement, including deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be agreed separately with each client. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for implementing any measures, controls, or recommendations agreed as part of an engagement. Responsibilities and deliverables will be defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Information received during an established professional engagement will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and the engagement terms. Sending an inquiry through this website or by email does not, by itself, create a professional relationship or a separate confidentiality agreement.
